  2. Mix well until you have a thick filling.

Making the Chutney:

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves (if using), ginger, garlic, salt, lemon juice, and water.
  2. Blend until you have a smooth chutney.

Cooking the Litti:

  1. Heat a pressure cooker over medium heat.
  2. Add a thin layer of oil to the bottom of the cooker.
  3. Place the littis in the cooker in a single layer.
  4. Close the lid of the cooker and set the valve to “seal”.
  5. Cook for 4 minutes on high pressure.
  6. After 4 minutes, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
  7. Then, carefully release any remaining pressure manually.
  8. Open the lid of the cooker and remove the littis.
  9. Brush the littis with ghee or oil if desired.
  10. Serve the littis hot with sattu filling and chutney.
